Every year, we welcome numerous work-study students in our stores and at our central services. Our goal? To support you through your studies and fully integrate you into The Schiever Tribe.

From CAP to Master’s
A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO WORK-STUDY PROGRAMS

With over 300 professions across our stores and headquarters, we offer a wide range of training and employment opportunities, from CAP to Bac+5 (equivalent to Master’s).

Whether in sales, food trades, management, or administration, we train the talents of tomorrow. Positions are also available at headquarters (IT, marketing, accounting…) to support our stores on a daily basis.

Learning While Working
YOUR STORE-BASED PROGRAM

We provide a training program combining theory and practice to give you the skills and knowledge essential to succeed as a future manager.

Personalized integration and support

We do everything we can to help you achieve your ambitions and develop your skills.

Upon arrival, you will be fully immersed in your shop or department with personalised support. An experienced mentor will be at your side to guide you, advise you and help you develop your skills.

Individualized career management

Throughout your work-study program, Human Resources provides regular follow-up, including at least two annual meetings to discuss your progress, well-being at work, and career prospect.

A career with responsibility from the start

You’ll have the opportunity to take on responsibilities early on while benefiting from structured learning. You will explore different aspects of your role to develop a complete and diversified expertise.

A different vision of retail
GRADUATE PROGRAM

Do you have a bachelor’s degree or higher? Join our Young Graduates Network, a programme designed to enrich your training and accelerate your skills development.

For 12 to 18 months, you will receive specialised support from our store managers and will be involved in various areas such as sales, management and administration.

The program combines theoretical training with practical store experience, preparing you for a permanent position (CDI) while providing individualized support throughout.

Learning While Working
YOUR STORE-BASED PROGRAM

Our recruitment campaign mainly runs from May to September.
The recruitment process for interns and work-study students is identical to that for our employees.

Once we receive an application, we review it and make an initial selection based on the desired profile.

  1. Analysis of applications and initial selection based on the desired profile
  2. Depending on your profile, we will then invite you to attend an initial interview.
  3. A second, more in-depth interview may be arranged with the future manager.
  4. The manager makes their decision. We will inform you and send you a job offer.
