Since our beginnings, we have been committed to “consuming well and better eating.”
Our mission is to make safe, high-quality food accessible to as many people as possible, in line with our customers’ expectations.
The Group’s Historic Activity
50 YEARS OF DEDICATION TO FOOD RETAIL
Since the opening of our first self-service “éGé” supermarket in 1969, we have built a network of modern, competitive stores that are deeply rooted in the daily lives of people across Bourgogne-Franche-Comté and beyond.
From convenience stores to hypermarkets, including the management of their shopping centers, we operate across all retail formats and master every facet of the distribution business.
As retail experts, we are committed to offering a unique shopping experience through warm, welcoming stores. This momentum was further strengthened in March 2025 when we joined the Cooperative U, marking a new milestone in our development.
This partnership is built on shared values: long-term commitment, solidarity, and strong local roots, core principles of our vision for community-based retail.
Through this alliance, we benefit from the strength and appeal of a nationally recognized brand, while preserving our independence and local expertise.
Switching our hypermarkets to the U banner allows us to offer an even more competitive range, while joining a network of dedicated, independent retailers.
Together, we share tools and know-how to build a more responsible and transparent retail model.
