Our ambition is to provide the Uzbek population with easier access to local, safe, and high-quality food, promoting products made locally by Uzbeks, for Uzbeks.

AN EVOLVING MARKET
Located 5,000 km from France, Uzbekistan is a Central Asian country with nearly 30 million inhabitants. Traditionally reliant on bazaars, where 90% of food purchases are made, Uzbek consumers are gradually turning to new retail formats.
As pioneers in this market, we aim to offer a modern retail experience while respecting local culture and consumption habits. We support the market’s transition towards safer, more modern retail standards.

CONVENIENCE STORES DESIGNED BY UZBEKS, FOR UZBEKS
To meet consumer expectations, we are developing a network of bi1 convenience stores in Tashkent, the capital.
Our goal is to give residents access to local, high-quality food at affordable prices. We work closely with local producers and manufacturers to develop tailored assortments and our own private-label products.
This approach allows us to actively contribute to modernizing the entire retail chain, integrating advances in packaging management, preservation standards, and traceability.
Thanks to this local anchoring, we support the evolution of retail in Uzbekistan by offering safe, traceable products at the best possible price.
